The use of services provided by scared.top establishes an agreement to these terms. By registering or using our services, you agree that you have fully read and understood the following terms of service and that SCARED will not be responsible for any loss to users who have not read the following terms of service.
Services
SCARED will only be used to promote your Instagram/Twitter/Facebook or Social account and help improve your "Appearance" only.
We DO NOT guarantee that your new followers will interact with you, and we simply assure you that you will get the followers you pay for.
We DO NOT ensure that 100% of our accounts have a profile picture, complete biography, and uploaded photos, although we strive to make this a reality for all accounts.
You will not upload anything to the SCARED site, including nudity or any material that is not accepted or suitable for the Instagram/Twitter/Facebook community or social networks. Fiverr, eBay, and other popular website sellers.
SCARED does not guarantee complete delivery within 24 hours. We do not guarantee delivery time at all. We provide our best estimate for orders during order placement. However, these are estimates. We will not be responsible for loss of funds, negative reviews, or banning due to late delivery. If you are selling on a website that requires time-sensitive results, use SCARED at your own risk.
Refund Policy
We may refund payment at any time. If you have a remaining balance in your account and wish to be refunded to your payment processor, open a ticket and request a refund.
You agree that once you complete payment, you will not file a dispute or chargeback against us for any reason.
If you file a dispute or chargeback against us after a deposit, we reserve the right to cancel all future orders, ban you from accessing our site. We also reserve the right to remove any followers or likes we have delivered to you or your clients' Instagram/Facebook/Twitter or other social media account.
Orders placed on SCARED will not be refunded or cancelled once made. You will receive a refund credit to your SCARED account if the order cannot be delivered.
Lost or private account orders will not qualify for a refund. Please make sure to confirm each order before placing it.
Fraudulent activity, such as the use of unauthorized or stolen credit cards, will result in the cancellation of your account. There are no exceptions.
Do not use more than one server at the same time for the same page. We cannot give you the correct number of followers/likes in that case. We will not refund these orders. Please pay attention!
Most of our service starts instantly, expect few services that take between 24-48 hours to deliver. If you don't receive your service on time, contact support to resolve the issue. We are online 24/7 to provide you support.
Privacy Policy
Our company values your privacy greatly. We follow a confidentiality policy to inform you how we collect and use your information and what we do to keep this information confidential.
At SCARED we do not share confidential information that you have provided to us. Additionally, we never share this information with third parties, including your orders.
We do not communicate with and contact service owners.
We do not disclose information about your resale; all information remains with us.
Mainprovider will protect your data for security and prevention of fraud, theft, or loss. We also guarantee the security of your data against copying or modification by third parties.
Change of Terms
These Terms of Service / Privacy Policy may change at any time. Sometimes it does and we have full right to do so.
Governing Law
The use of this website and any disputes arising from its use are subject to the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any legal action or proceedings relating to or arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the UAE courts and/or tribunals.
SCARED works only with legal representatives who value the protection of personal information. That is why we confirm that your information will be protected.
